Sizzling Beef Tapa Pepper Steak
Tita's Special Beef Tapa


1 pack of Tita's Special Beef Tapa Premium

4 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil or Virgin Olive Oil


Brown Honey Sauce:

1/4 cup of Honey

1/4 cup of Oyster Sauce

1/4 cup of Soy Sauce

1 tablespoon of ground black pepper


Rice Mixture:

Cooked Rice (preferably white rice)

2 medium size cloves of garlic - minced

1/2 small sized onion (preferably white onion) - minced

1 cup of corn kernels

2 tablespoons of salted butter



Onion Chives or Spring Onion - minced


  • Defrost Tita's Special Beef Tapa Premium and slice into desired portions/size.

  • Mince garlic, onion and spring onions and set aside in seperate bowls.

  • Steam rice and set aside.

  • Place Honey, Oyster Sauce, Soy Sauce and Ground Black Pepper into a bowl and mix well. After mixing add into a pot and bring to a quick boil then simmer for 5 minutes, occasionally adding water to avoid burning. Set aside for later use.

  • Heat a pan for the oil and when hot add in the Portioned Tita's Special Beef Tapa Premium Slices and cook for at least 5-7 minutes (par cook only).

  • In a sizzling plate melt in the butter then immedietely add in the rice mixture ingredients and the par cooked Tita's Special Beef Tapa Premium.

  • Mix in the Brown Honey Sauce and garnish with the minced spring onions.

  • Enjoy!
